What currency are prices in?+
All prices are final in Japanese Yen (JPY) — that's what you pay with Wise. Paying by card through Stripe adds a 5% processing fee, shown before you pay.
How do I pay?+
Your order page shows the exact JPY total and two options: Wise (no fee) — a payment link with the total already filled in, paid in JPY from a Japanese bank with no conversion, then tap "I've sent the payment"; or card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, confirmed instantly, with a 5% Stripe processing fee on top. A bank transfer to the IBAN shown there works too.
How long until my order ships?+
Card payments are confirmed instantly; Wise payments usually reach us within 1–2 business days (first-time Wise users can take a little longer while Wise verifies them). We email you once it's confirmed, then dispatch within 2–3 business days, with tracking by email. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 3 days — tapping "I've sent the payment" keeps yours open while we look for it.
Who is the account holder?+
Our own company — the beneficiary reads "Bandartcg.com Limited", the business you are buying from. Easiest is to pay through the Wise link on your order page: you send JPY from a Japanese bank with no conversion.
Is the bank account safe to pay?+
Yes. It is a business account with Wise Payments Limited (FCA-regulated, London), held in our own company name. We never change account details mid-order — if you ever get a message asking you to send somewhere else, it isn't from us.
How does shipping work?+
Flat ¥1,500 nationwide via Yamato 宅急便, included in your total — any size order, any prefecture. Dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmed payment; 1–2 days in transit with tracking.
Can you deliver to my hotel?+
Yes — home, office, or hotel anywhere in Japan. Add the hotel name and check-in date in the order note so it arrives while you're there.
Do I pay any customs or import tax?+
No. This is a domestic delivery within Japan — no customs, no import duty, nothing collected on delivery.
Is there a minimum order?+
No minimum — order a single item if you like. Volume tiers on sealed boxes still apply.
Are sealed boxes really sealed?+
Yes — full shrink. Every booster box, pack, and carton ships with its original factory plastic intact, never re-taped. Singles are PSA-graded and shipped untouched in their slab.
What if my order arrives damaged?+
Photograph the slab/carton within 24h of delivery. Yamato insurance covers most transit damage; we assist with the claim and replace from the next shipment if stock allows.
