We're a Japanese TCG wholesaler (below Tokyo retail). Catalog prices are final in JPY, shown with a ≈A$ reference. Shipping is calculated at checkout and included in your total — no invoice wait.

Shipping

Cheapest courier, fewest parcels.

Every order ships FedEx (DHL when it’s much cheaper), shipping slabs and sealed product together in one parcel. Calculated automatically at checkout. Priced on the heavier of the parcel’s weight and its box size — the smallest box bills 1.5 kg.

FedEx / DHLInternational express couriers — we pick whichever is cheapest for your parcel. Tracked door-to-door, ~4–8 days.

DispatchWithin 2–3 business days of confirmed payment (card payments confirm instantly; Wise payments usually clear within 1–2 business days), with tracking.

GST

We don't charge it.

We show an estimate so there are no surprises — Australian Customs (or the courier) collects any GST on delivery, not us.

Australia tests each imported parcel against A$1,000 using the value of the goods, with shipping not counted. At checkout we convert each parcel to A$, tell you whether it crosses the line, and estimate the GST if it does:

Up to A$1,000 of goodsNo import GST — clears without a tax charge.

Over A$1,000 of goods~10% GST plus any duty and a courier fee, collected before delivery and paid by you. Checkout shows the estimated amount.

Assessed per parcel — so a slab parcel and a sealed parcel are each measured against A$1,000separately. Our A$ figures are estimates at our display rate; the actual GST (if any) is set by customs. We aren't tax advisors — verify current rules for large orders.

Payment

Wise or card — your choice.

After you place an order, your order page shows the exact JPY total and lets you choose: fund it in AUD via Wise (no fee — we receive JPY; then tap “I've sent the payment”), or pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe (+5% processing fee, confirmed instantly).

CardVisa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay or Google Pay on Stripe's secure page — 5% processing fee, charged in JPY. We never see your card details.

If something goes wrong

Package arrives damaged

Photograph the package + slab/carton within 24h of delivery. FedEx / DHL claims cover most transit damage — we assist with the claim and replace from next shipment if stock allows.

GST / customs charge on delivery

Any GST over the A$1,000 CIF line is paid by you to customs / the courier on delivery. We show the estimate at checkout so it's never a surprise.

Stock confirmed but supplier sold out

Full refund within 3 business days — including the Stripe processing fee if you paid by card (Wise’s own transfer fees can’t be refunded).
