Terms of Service

Bandar TCG ("we", "us") is operated by Bandartcg.com Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17468113), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. These Terms are the contract between you and Bandartcg.com Limited for every order placed on this site.

This is a B2B wholesale catalog for Japanese TCG product, for resellers and other business buyers. It is not a consumer retail store.

The site is free to browse. Submitting an order/inquiry (via email — primary, or WhatsApp — backup) means you accept these terms.

• You confirm you are at least 18 and are buying in the course of a business (for resale or other trade use), not as a consumer.
• No automated scraping, price-harvesting for competitor monitoring, or activity disruptive to our operations.
• No manipulating the inquiry/request forms (spam, fake orders).

Catalog prices are final item prices in JPY (shown with an approximate A$ reference). Shipping (FedEx, or DHL where it is substantially cheaper) is calculated at checkout and included in your total. We do not charge GST; any GST is assessed by Australian Customs on each parcel’s CIF value.

Checkout shipping covers standard delivery to your address. If FedEx or DHL adds a remote-area surcharge for it (some rural or island postcodes), we contact you before shipping: you can pay the difference or cancel for a full refund.

Displayed stock is a snapshot from our Japanese suppliers, refreshed hourly. Stock may change between your inquiry submission and our supplier confirmation. If stock is unavailable, we refund in full within 3 working days.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your payment and stock by email; until then we may decline an order and refund anything you have paid.

1. Place your order in the catalog (no login). Item prices are final in JPY.
2. Pay the JPY total (items + shipping) on your order page — with Wise using the link there (then tap "I've sent the payment"), or by card through Stripe. Orders unpaid after 24 hours are cancelled automatically; after "I've sent the payment", we hold the order 3 days for the transfer to arrive.
3. Card payments are confirmed instantly; Wise payments usually reach us within 1–2 business days. We confirm payment and stock and email you.
4. We pack and ship via FedEx (or DHL where it is substantially cheaper), combining items into as few parcels as possible; shipping is included in the total you paid.
5. Order ships within 2–3 business days of confirmed payment, with tracking.

Pay the JPY total on your order page, choosing either: (a) Wise — the Wise payment link, in your own currency, with no fee from us (a SWIFT transfer to the IBAN shown there is also accepted). Always verify the account holder name matches the one shown before transferring. After paying, tap "I've sent the payment" on your order page so we can match it. Or (b) card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe — charged in JPY with a 5% Stripe processing fee added to the total, shown before you pay; confirmed instantly.

• Before we place the supplier order in Japan: full refund minus payment fees (Wise transfer fees, or the Stripe processing fee if you paid by card).
• If we can't fulfil an item (e.g. it sold out at the supplier) or can't ship your order: a full refund of everything you paid for it, including any Stripe processing fee.
• After supplier order placed: not refundable.
• Damaged or lost in transit: replacement or refund from our reserve.

Sealed boxes and packs ship with original factory shrink-wrap intact. We never re-tape or re-seal product. PSA singles ship in their original slab.

Catalog photos are representative supplier images. For PSA singles with stock = 1, the photo is the specific slab.

Graded slabs are pre-owned collectibles. A grade is the grading company's assessment of the card, not a guarantee that the card or case is flawless; case marks, dust and cosmetic flaws within the stated grade are not defects and are not grounds for a return. A cracked or broken case, a damaged or unreadable label, or signs the case was opened are defects and are covered (see the Refund Policy).

All trademarks (Pokemon, One Piece, etc.) belong to their respective holders. Bandar TCG is not an authorised distributor and is not affiliated with The Pokemon Company, Bandai, Toei Animation, or related entities. We sell authentic product sourced via Japanese wholesale suppliers.

The buyer is responsible for any import duties, VAT, GST, or customs charges levied by the destination country. For Australia: we do not charge GST; orders over A$1,000 CIF (per parcel) may have ~10% GST collected by customs or the courier on delivery. We declare item value accurately on the customs invoice.

Our responsibility covers the shipment up to delivery confirmation at your address (or signature by the courier's recipient). After receipt, damage caused by buyer storage/handling is not our responsibility.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or resale opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or an order (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the law of England and Wales.

We will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith by email. Failing that, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new update date. Active buyers will be notified by email of material changes.
